"The awards are a testament to Cypress Creek Capital’s $6 million commitment to the 30 year old property which began the major make-over by rebranding the former Koger Center as Baypoint Commerce Center," commented Jason Isaacson, President and Chief Investment Officer (CIO), of Cypress Creek Capital. "Ongoing improvements include new signage and landscaping as well as renovations and upgrades to all 15 buildings." "Jennifer Hatchett, Taylor & Mathis' Senior Property Manager, has been instrumental to our improvement efforts," said Sharon Rogers-Barron, SVP of asset management for the park's owner. “The present economic conditions have not changed the commitment by the ownership and the management team to see the project’s redevelopment through to completion.
