BAYPOINT COMMERCE CENTER 3RD QUARTER LEASING ACTIVITY

Taylor & Mathis has completed seven leasing transactions totaling 13,092 square feet in the third quarter at Baypoint Commerce Center, BOMA's 2009 Regional Office Park of the Year. Year to date leasing activity includes 22 deals totaling 88,603 square feet.
"We've been very successful securing renewals this year and have seen an uptick in recent new deal activity," stated Taylor & Mathis Director of Leasing Monica Ziff. The project is in the last stages of a $6 million renovation. Managed by Penn-Florida Companies, the 15-building, 699,411 square foot office complex located in the Gateway submarket of Pinellas County has won six TOBY awards in the past three years.
Baypoint Commerce Center is exclusively leased by Taylor & Mathis. Third quarter deals included:
